Join us on Ripley Green for a fun and active Yoga and Mindfulness class. These classes are designed to get both parents and their children moving to the music. It’s how we believe we all connect the best.
- Music-led yoga + dancey movement (proper energy burn)
- Playful regulation tools (we hype them up then teach them to settle)
- Mindful nature craft / activity (a take-home calm anchor)
Whilst there’s no limit to how many can attendee, booking is still essential.

Hello, I’m Victoria,
I didn’t start a kids’ wellbeing brand because I fancied it. I started it because life shoved me. PMDD – a monthly hormone sensitivity that can flip a switch for two weeks – meant one minute I was a mum in control, the next I was battling panic out of nowhere and bipolar‑style mood storms… right as you’re hunting for reading books and lost shoes.
Plus my brilliant neurodiverse daughter. She asks for a different kind of parenting – less “fit the mould”, more “meet the child”. It meant tuning into her sensory world and teaching emotional intelligence in tiny, doable ways: naming feelings, building regulation, celebrating strengths. Judgement down, well‑being up.
I was already a full‑on yoga fanatic, so I went deeper; bagged the quals, left marketing, and turned our living room into a Kid Wellbeing experimentation lab. We tested, kept what worked, and built a simple, playful way to do life together.
It powers Namas‑tots, Half‑Term Family Workshops, 1:1 Coaching, and Schools & Nurseries.
