How we run kids classes

The Feel Good Method — Wiggle • Breathe • Notice • Connect
Everything we do with kids follows this simple rhythm: move the body, use the breath, pay attention to the senses, connect with yourself and others.

Teaching wellbeing early matters

Well‑being is a skill you can teach early – just like reading. The sooner we practise, the more it sticks.

Little things make big change

We notice sounds, colours, textures and feelings – micro‑moments that build calm, focus and confidence.

We’re human, not perfect

Real kids. Real days. Come as you are; we’ll meet you there and find what works for your family.

Why Every Child
Deserves to Feel Good

One in five children and young people in England are living with a mental health condition.* We’re not here to add pressure—we’re here to make support feel doable. Breath, movement and noticing are tiny, everyday practices that help children self‑regulate, focus and connect.

What we see in sessions: more settled bodies, quicker recoveries after wobblies, kinder self‑talk—and parents who feel more confident supporting it.

Here to help Children & Parents grow

Hello, I’m Victoria,

I didn’t start a kids’ wellbeing brand because I fancied it. I started it because life shoved me. PMDD – a monthly hormone sensitivity that can flip a switch for two weeks – meant one minute I was a mum in control, the next I was battling panic out of nowhere and bipolar‑style mood storms… right as you’re hunting for reading books and lost shoes.

Plus my brilliant neurodiverse daughter. She asks for a different kind of parenting – less “fit the mould”, more “meet the child”. It meant tuning into her sensory world and teaching emotional intelligence in tiny, doable ways: naming feelings, building regulation, celebrating strengths. Judgement down, well‑being up.

I was already a full‑on yoga fanatic, so I went deeper; bagged the quals, left marketing, and turned our living room into a Kid Wellbeing experimentation lab. We tested, kept what worked, and built a simple, playful way to do life together.

It powers Namas‑tots, Half‑Term Family Workshops, 1:1 Coaching, and Schools & Nurseries.

If this resonates — if your house can swing from giggles to tears in 60 seconds and mornings go off like fireworks — you’re in the right place. Come as you are; we’ll find tiny rituals that stick.
