Who are your hosts?

Hello, we’re the team behind your Parent & Child Yoga Party!

I’m Victoria, a qualified yoga teacher with a passion for helping families connect, grow, and thrive through yoga and mindfulness. My background spans over 15 years in marketing, where I honed skills in creativity and communication, and as a mum of two, I’ve experienced the joys and challenges of parenting firsthand. Together, these experiences shape my unique approach to teaching these classes.

My eldest daughter, who is neurodiverse, has taught me the importance of patience, understanding, and meeting children where they are. What makes these classes special is that they’re truly a family effort. My two daughters often join me, helping to lead activities and showing how yoga and mindfulness are a part of our everyday lives. Together, we aim to create a fun, welcoming space where children and parents can laugh, move, and connect.
